Export Entries

Introduction
The Export Entries job allows you to extract specific entries from Codex. This feature enables users to back up data, generate reports, or seamlessly transfer content for analysis or migration. With a range of customizable options, the exported entries will have the same structure required on import to make it easier to copy that data.
Logging Details
After executing the Export Entries job, you will receive comprehensive logging messages that provide you with a clear overview of the process process. These messages offer an overview of the exported data, allowing you to confirm the success and completeness of the operation. Below is an example of the logging messages you can expect:
Each message conveys specific details about the export:
Message | Description |

Set number of entries per file to [total]. | Indicates the maximum number of Entries per file. |
Created file [file_name] with [total] entries. | Indicates the file name and the number of entries in that file. |
All entries zipped into [zip_file_name]. | Notifies the name of the zip file containing entries. |
File uploaded successfully. | Notifies that the zip file is saved in the storage. |
File sent to email [email]. | Notifies that the zip file is sent to user email. |
These logging messages provide a detailed account of the Export Entries process, enabling you to monitor and verify each step of the export. These logs ensure transparency and traceability for the entire operation.
